How to deal with body Odour the natural way

There are many ways to deal with body odour naturally, which include dietary and lifestyle changes as well as natural remedies.Natural remedies can help to temporarily eliminate the odour while diet and lifestyle changes can help to eliminate body odour once and for all. Showering frequently and promoting a good sweat on a daily basis can help to eliminate the bacteria and toxins that cause the odour.
Dealing with the underlying cause is one of the most effective ways to deal with body odour as that will help to eliminate it once and for all. there are many causes that include, disease, poor hygiene, lifestyle and a poor diet. Once the cause has been determined, one can then make the necessary changes to eliminate the underlying cause.

Diet;In most cases, body odour is caused by poor diet in leafy greens like kontomire, lettuce, cabbage etc, these greens are high in chlorophyll and fiber, both of which help eliminate body odour. The fiber works in the digestive system and removes the toxic waste before it gets absorbed into the body, also the chlorophyll is an antioxidant that helps to clean and freshen the body at a deep cellular level.

Leafy greens should be introduced to the diet gradually so that the body can adjust gradually as well. At first they will promote hunger, but once the body is fairly clean, they are filling when combined with healthy fats. Dealing with the underlying cause is one of the most effective ways to deal with body odor as that will help to eliminate it once and for all. There are many causes, which include disease, poor hygiene, lifestyle and a poor diet. Once the cause has been determined, one can then make the necessary changes in order to eliminate the underlying cause. This is by far better than to just mask the odor with an expensive chemical.
If the body odour is present the best thing to do is to use natural remedies to temporarily mask the odour, while also looking forward to uproot the underlying cause.

Some Healthy ways to enjoy a festive occasion

At a time like this who thinks about why they eat or how they eat it. There is so much to eat, not to talk of cakes, pies, meat balls, yam balls, chips, chicken. Everything you want to eat is readily available and most times it's free or it's home made. You get so much variety that you don't eat because you are hungry but rather you eat because there is food available. Ever heard the saying " you are what you eat??" Here are a few tips on healthy eating during a festive period

*. Its always best not to eat the skin of poultry. The skin usually tastes really nice, this is because it contains most of the spices used for grilling or frying the poultry. This contains so much cholesterol because of the oil used in basting the poultry or frying it, the skin does not add any nutrient to the body so please try and stay off.

*. During a festive season, we forget about vegetables because there is so much meat and many nice things around us.  Fruits and Vegetables play a really big role in our diets, fruits and vegetables like pineapple and  cabbage gives us fiber and roughage which helps in the metabolism of our bodies. It cleanses or flushes out toxic waste from our bodies. With so much to eat around us adding or eating fruits and vegetables to our meals are one step away from obesity.

*. With pastries it's best to eat baked pastries rather than fried ones. With Pastries like pie or chips it's advisable to take bake ones, this is because fried ones don't digest early compared to baked pastries. Eating baked pastries especially during evenings are best because, they digest faster and gives the body less work to do.

*.Eat only when hungry. Over eating puts a lot of stress on the body. The body doesn't get rest to recuperate. Over eating doesn't add anything to the body but rather makes the body store excess fat and proteins. When over eating of especially proteins continues it can cause gout. Gout is the storage of excessive protein in parts of the body. If the accumulations goes on for a long time, it causes pain because it gets stored in the joints. This makes movement difficult and painful.

* Don't forget to drink lots of water as well. A friend once told me " save water and drink vodka" very funny comment. Water is really an essential part of our diets. The body is made up to about 70% water. As much tht we have lots of things to drink( juices, drinks, alcohol etc) , we should not forget to drink lots of water. At least 1.5liters of water everyday. This will help flush out all toxic materials from our bodies. Lots of water helps prevent alcohol poisoning. Sometimes when alcoholic content gets into our bodies, we tend to react internally to it and when the body doesn't find a way to push the toxins out, it turns out as alcohol poisoning.
Enjoy any festive season to the fullest but remember "healthy living equals healthy life"
